Yes, in this program we focus on healthy weight loss that is highly sustainable. When you follow the proven method I'll outline inside Pause The Pounds you'll experience gradual weight loss without disrupting your hormones or slowing down your metabolism as is often the case with strict diets. The basis of natural weight loss in PCOS is balancing your hormones and eating enough to support your body's needs. This is exactly what you'll learn inside the program.

The answer to this is simple, NO. Despite what many “PCOS coaches" preach, removing specific foods (gluten, dairy), or entire food groups (carbohydrates) is completely unnecessary (and can be dangerous) in order to manage PCOS. I have done the research, read the studies, and observed my dozens of successful case studies to know this one 100% for sure. Instead, what you’ll learn inside the program is how to incorporate foods in the right ratios, timing and combinations to optimally leverage the power of food to balance your hormones and manage weight. That being said, if there’s a food you’re sensitive to or suspect your body is reacting negatively to, we can discuss it and I promise to help you figure it out once and for all.
