You may be asking yourself

the same 5 questions my most successful students ask before joining The PCOS Meal Prep School, like...

This is a common question I get asked frequently. While the pace of weight loss varies greatly from one woman to another, and dependent on multiple factors, many of my clients see at least a 5% reduction in weight within 6-8 weeks. Meaning, a woman weighing 200 lbs, should be able to lose about 10 lbs, assuming close adherence to the course protocol and recommendations.
