This is a common question I get asked frequently. While the pace of weight loss varies greatly from one woman to another, and dependent on multiple factors, many of my clients see at least a 5% reduction in weight within 6-8 weeks. Meaning, a woman weighing 200 lbs, should be able to lose about 10 lbs, assuming close adherence to the course protocol and recommendations. More importantly, there are enormous non-scale victories that come along with changing your eating habits. From reducing acne, to boosted energy, and unshakable confidence when it comes to healthy eating, you can expect to reap so many more health benefits from the course that extend far beyond the number on the scale.
The answer to this is simple, NO.
