99. How to ditch All or Nothing thinking in 2023 and beyond!

As we welcome 2023, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the previous year, be proud of ourselves for what we achieved and the work we put in. It's also a great opportunity to think about what we DON’T want to carry over into the new year so that managing our health becomes easier!

Based on my work with hundreds of women in the past year, I can confidently say that leaving “all or nothing” thinking behind is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. 

Many of the members inside my programs have struggles with perfectionism which led them to feeling overwhelmed and burnt out! Letting go of the belief that being perfect is necessary for success in managing PCOS is a big step toward true healing.
